Awful knowledge. I think the salesperson (Patricia) lied to me to help make a sale. We Evidently told her we did not need a mattress that arrived with slats and what did we have a mattress that arrived wirh slats.3 months to acquire the mattress which is crazy. The bed eventually arrived then the primary delivery the technician was hesitant to set it up due to the problem that the adjustable base would break the drawers around the footboard as well as the slats that might be set up.
